NVL Homes was founded in Nairobi in 2020, born out of frustration with a property market where inflated valuations, hidden fees, and unverifiable listings were the norm rather than the exception. We set out to build something different — an agency where every listing is checked, every fee is disclosed upfront, and every client is treated like a partner, not a transaction.
What started as a small team with a handful of verified listings has grown into one of Kenya’s most trusted property partners — now managing over 200 properties, serving clients across 15+ counties, and helping diaspora Kenyans invest safely from as far as London, Dubai, and Toronto.
